Established in 2000 I provide a sports massage and fitness coaching services from my clinic based in West Wickham, Kent (south east London).

As a sports masseur I treat soft tissue problems (injuries) for both sports and non-sporting activities across a wide spectrum, from elite sportsmen and women, to club level, to those that may be work related. I also undertake a great deal of preventative work during my practice hours.

As a coach I work with a wide range of different sports in both a fitness and technical role depending on the sport and the requirements of both individual and team needs. I work at all levels from international to recreational levels.
